◾ What is BioInnoSense?
BioInnoSense" is a coined word that combines biosensing and innovation. Biosensors are a technology for sensing biological and chemical reactions, and are expected to have a wide range of applications in future medicine, health management, environmental monitoring, and food safety.
This competition was organized by the Executive Committee of Taima Laboratory of Shibaura Institute of Technology, Sakata Laboratory of the University of Tokyo, Hayamizu Laboratory of Tokyo University of Science, Miyake Laboratory of Waseda University, and Macnica Corporation,To create new innovations by combining the research capabilities of universities with the social implementation capabilities of companiesThe purpose of the event is to

◾ Initiatives for the current fiscal year
The 2025 event will be held on August 30 and 31, and will feature Shibaura Institute of Technology, University of Tokyo, Tokyo University of Science, and Waseda University.4 teamsparticipated in the event. From our university, a team was formed mainly of students in the Advanced Electronic Engineering course. The team consisted mainly of third-year students, with first-year students joining them in the challenge.
Within a limited period of time, the students experienced the entire process, from idea development to prototyping and final presentation. The Advanced Electronics Course actively supports these off-campus challenges, but it is also a valuable opportunity open to all of our students.
