What is the Advanced Mechanical Engineering Course?
The course fosters the ability to apply the science of mechanical engineering and to conduct research and development that can contribute broadly to the development of interdisciplinary fields, including a variety of fields.

Mechanical Sciences
Students will study microfabrication techniques, the measurement and application of very small, minute, and weak physical quantities, and the theory and application of light and waves.
Biorobotics
Students will study mechatronics and ICT fields that integrate mechanical engineering with electronics and control engineering, biology and medical engineering, and new functional materials engineering that supports a sustainable society.
